Founders outside the US

No US address or SSN? You can still form a US company.

We help non-US founders open an LLC or C-corp in the US, choose the right state, and get a registered agent and business address, all without living here.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; we handle formation, filings, and setup, and flag when specialist counsel is worth it.

Incorporation FAQ

Q.What is a registered agent, and do I need one?+

Every LLC and corporation needs one. A registered agent is your company's official point of contact that receives legal notices and state mail on your behalf. We provide one in your formation state and forward everything to you.

Q.Can I form a company in a state I don't live in?+

Yes. You do not have to live in, or even visit, the state where you incorporate. Many founders form in Delaware or Wyoming; we help you choose the state that best fits your goals.

Q.Does my business bank account have to be in my formation state?+

No. You can form in one state and bank anywhere. We hand you bank-ready documents and help you open an account and cards.

Q.How many shares should my corporation authorize?+

Only as many as you need. The count can affect franchise tax in some states and how you divide equity. We help you set an authorized share count and cap table that leaves room for investors.

Q.What are the rules for naming my company?+

Your name must be unique in your state and carry an approved ending like LLC, Inc., or Corp., and some words such as "bank" are restricted. We run a name availability check before filing.

Q.How does forming an LLC or corporation help me raise money?+

Investors want clear, legal proof of ownership. A formal entity with an operating agreement or bylaws and a clean cap table makes you fundable, and we set all of that up from day one.

Form your company the right way.

We file your entity, prepare your founder documents, and hand you a bank-ready pack, so you can open a bank account and start operating.
